Well, it’s been a little over a week since I began my journey and I must say that I am doing way better than I thought! I am able to breathe, eat, and continue with the many joys of motherhood while training. I’ve also lost an inch! I typically wear it for 8 hours daily, and pretty much forget to remove it because I have become accustomed to the perfect posture it provides. However, it is awesome to take it off and get a breather in. Remember Mommy’s to work out if you’re using a trainer! It flattens your abdomen and could make a mushy mommy tummy even more mushy.
